Algebra Math Help

What am I doing wrong with algebra … (I study two hours a day, but have a +)…? C

I study and study and study with my dad and my mom every night for two hours during algebra. I feel good about the procedures and equations and formulas and stuff, but when I'm at school I feel lost and forget everything. IA right, except in algebra, where I have a C +. What am I wrong??
