ALGEBRA – FACTORING BY GROUPING POLYNOMIALS ; please help = ( so 100% stuck ;?

hi there ; i am a soon to be mum finishing up high school through a cyber high school ;
all of my teachers are away at the moment ; and i need some SERIIOUS help from somebody to show me how to do this ;

dont just give me the answer , as i ahve an answer key to check my work , i just need to know how ot do it ; and PROPERLY = ) please help me otu

please help me i have to do
FACTORING BY GROUPING POLYNOMIALS ..
if anybody is willing to help me out please let me know ; im struggling = (

b(m-3) + 8(m-3)
(b+8)(m-3)

Your goal should be to factor out the terms to the point where you have other factors in common (such as m-3).
Your first step is to look at your terms and see if there’s anything in common.
You could have grouped these terms a couple ways but I just kept them in the order you had them.
