can anyone help me with Algebra 1 Radical Equations?

I need helpp

X^2/X-4 – 7/X-4 = 0

since these two fractions have teh same denominator you can just add them straight.

X^2-7 / x-4 = 0

so multiply both sides by (x-4) so cancel out the fraction

x^2 -7= 0

x^2 = 7

so x = +/- sqrt(7)
