Algebra Problems Calculator

How do you put this problem in the calculator?
I’m in college algebra, and I overheard a student saying how these problems can go in the calculator, but I didn’t hear how. It would make my test a lot easier if I knew. Can anyone help me, please? It’s a T-84 Plus.
F(X)= x-2 if x<3
5-x if x>3
We are supposed to graph this problem.
First put the first half on the function into the Y1 section and write it like this:
Y1 = x – 2 / (x<3)
and then put the second half under the Y2 like this:
Y2 = 5 - x / (x>3)
Make sure you stick that division symbol in, and the parenthesis.
In order to make the “>” or “<" symbol, hit 2ND > MATH and there will be a list of symbols there to choose from.
I hope this helps!
