algebra problems involving work
Could somebody please help me with this algebra problem?

This is an Algebra problem, and I have to show my work, i believe it may involve exponents:

The area of a square is 25 square meters. What is its perimeter?

The perimeter is 20 miles.

How to solve this problem:
Take the square root of 25, which is 5.
This means each side is 5 miles long.
Since there are four sides….
4 sides times 5 miles = 20 miles.

Good luck in your studies,
