Algebra Problems Of The Week

Fifth algebra problem help students (two issues)?
I asked my teacher to sheet in which they express the numbers in algebra to help achieve my long term goal for my review of the status of my birthday in place (this which is in a month and just over a week! y / 2 (a fraction) + x 4 + Z + Y .. and it says to use x = 7, y = 2, z = 4 … So, if my calculations are right, should be expressed as 2.2 7 4 4 2 … Practitioner and totally threw me to the guard. My other bc CX / 4 (fraction, again) – (7-a). .. and said using a 4 = b = 8, c = 5 … So if I write should read 5 x 40 / 4 – (7-4). Y In addition, the fraction threw me off guard every inch of help optionally can help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, I am very grateful).
I suppose you want the answers with the work. its actually very simple. for the first equation is spelled correctly. the fraction that you should not through off. some fractions can be reduced to whole numbers like that you have in your equation. 2 / 2 just means 2 divided by 2, which is equal to 1. If the problem then reads 1 + 7 + 4 + 4 + 2 is the same as when added 18. your answer is 18. for the second time to have well written, but you leave that part for shooting again. must also remember the order of operations make sense what to do when faced with a problem that several signals. first time you reduce a fraction. 40 divided by 4 equals 10. Now the problem reads x 5 10 – (7-4). in the order of operations to do what is in parentheses first. I 7 4 equals 3. Now, your problem is a 5 x 10-3. always the order of multiplication or division that follows. therefore 5 x 10 is 50. Back to the order of operations is shown that after just the addition or subtraction. So 50-3 is 47. your answer is 47.
