Sixth-grade math. Totally lost? It can handle fractions, decimals, expressions and algebraic equations by step?

I can do the hear things over, but I'm beyond lost percentages, geometry, and everything else that one-step pre-algebra equation. Can anyone suggest a free website and free downloadable software to help me understand this?
