Discovering Algebra Answers

Did I answer this problem correctly mix?
Meg has two containers of salt solutions unknown and different. She mixed 4ml of the first and 6 ml the second and discovered that as a result proven solution 28% salt. She also tried mixing 6 ml of the first and 4 ml of the second and the resulting solution was 22% salt. What is the concentration of each of the solutions we have? (R) Let x be the first solution, and that the second solution (S) 4x + 6y = 28 6x + 4y = 22 (S) x = 0.04, y = 0.01 (A) strength of the first solution is 4% salt, while the strength of the second solution is 1% of salt. I'm trying to make sure my homework correctly answer now, because my algebra grade is very bad.
(E) should read: 4x + 6y = 28 * (4 + 6) 6x + 4y = 22 * (6 + 4) Reason: the final salt = salt concentration x final volume
