How I can return to the correct form of math courses? Pre-Algebra I wanted but I'm in math class regulations, the reasons

I know that going to affect me if I can be in pre-algebra class that I can not take algebra in eighth grade. otherwise, how I can be the way how I can take the online course to be in eight grade algebra? I'm very worrying. How will it affect me when I'm going to take both Algebra and Pre- algebra in ninth grade? Will it affect my credit score of the game? Is that enough if I take summer classes and if I can go to Algebra I ????? Please, I need help ????????????????????????????
