Pre Algebra 4th Edition
Solve 3x – 0.8 = 3x + 4?
Daughter’s text book has this problem. I belive there must be a typo. The only solution that I see is 0.8 = 4. Which is impossible. Any additional guidance, I have attempted to contact the vendor of the Pre-Algebra book,… Glenco 2005 edition, section 7.2. Thank you for looking.
The answer would be -0.8=4 and the answer to that would be: No Solution
