Algebra Math Help

can someone teach me pre-algebra please or give me a website? please answer!!!?

im 13 and home schooled and i want to learn like pre algebra and all that stuff. heres what i know in math: addition, substraction, mutiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. i want to learn geometry and pre algebra and al the things im supposed to know…i cant sign up for a virtual school cause my dad wont let me and he also doesnt have much time to teach me stuff and he doesnt want to send me to school. so is there a website and/or someone online who can teach me this stuff? or maybe a website that i can sign up for for free and do homework??? please anyone who can help please answer because i want an education!
