Algebra I problem! Math people help me out!?

I know its just simple math but I’ve done this problem over and over and over again…and I can’t seem to get it. It is: 5n^2+10n+20. I know the procedure with all the factoring stuff and I’ve got every other problem on the worksheet…but please tell me how this is different from the others that work out so perfectly…or tell me where I’ve made my dumbdumb error

5(n2 + 5n + 4)
5 (n + 4)(n + 1)
